The Neoway NLP Coaching Excellence Program is one-of-a-kind offering. It is an 18 week intensive online live program designed and developed by us to support those who are deeply passionate about becoming an Extraordinary NLP Coach and creating a better world for themselves and their clients.

Recognizing this growing need and noticing the eagerness among our graduates to work with individuals, Ashlesh designed and developed the Neoway NLP Coach Program in 2010. Built on years of experience, direct learning and extensive one-on-one coaching, the program has evolved with the latest developments in the field of NLP and Coaching to address the ever-changing needs of our participants and the people they would work with. This ensures that the program delivers a transformational learning experience that brings out highly skilled transformational NLP coaches.

Interactive Learning Environment: 

Keeping each individual in mind, our Live Online Sessions are interactive, encouraging thinking through and processing of information & concepts and ensuring a thorough  understanding of the skills and tools.

Get Competent in NLP & Coaching Skills:

The Live Online Saturday sessions are followed by Wednesday practice sessions to support you as you practice your newly acquired NLP and Coaching skills in small break-out rooms.

Access Ongoing Learning Support: 

Lifetime access to 25 prerecorded video modules which covers all the NLP processes and coaching foundation and skills. Monthly coach meets that you can attend post the program to be in continuous learning.

Transform Yourself As You Transform Others:

Experience your own personal transformation as you break through your own limitations and fears, creating new choices and possibilities as you become an extraodinary coach.

Structure Of The Learning Journey - 18 Weeks.

These sessions span a period of 18 weeks, and are scheduled weekly on Saturdays (9am – 1pm IST) & Wednesdays (7pm – 9pm IST). Attendance for these sessions is mandatory – If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, a recording of the missed session will be made available on request for you to catch up.

During the week, in between the scheduled live online sessions you can learn at your own time and pace from 25 online pre-recorded video modules. On completion of the program, you will have lifetime access to these online modules for future reference.

During the week, you will complete multiple assignments based on learnings covered during the Saturday sessions.

You will put into practice various NLP and Coaching skills and processes that you learn on Saturdays during the following Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm IST in small break-out rooms. Feedback and support will be provided during these session. You will be able to connect with buddy coaches for additional practice sessions during the week. Feel free to also practice the processes you learned with your family and friends.

You will be able to start coaching one-on-one by the end of the program with real clients.

Towards the end of the program, you will work with a real client for a duration of one month or more. You will document the work you do with the client and submit it as a project for evaluation.

At the end of the program, there will be an online written exam, live coaching demonstration, submission of a recording of one of your coaching sessions and project work for assessment.

  • Help clients to resolve conflicts with others and build better relationships.
  • Learn to identify the limitations in the clients’ language as they speak and help them to use language that truly benefits them.
  • The art of asking incisive questions.
  • Support clients in being able to work with not-so-useful emotions and access powerful emotional states.
  • Be able to support clients to work through triggers and be able to be more in charge and respond usefully.
  • Use the power of anchoring to help clients access states of excellence and power.
  • How to help your client move from being stuck to experiencing freedom using the power of reframing.
  • Support your clients to enhance their self-esteem and self-image.
  • Work with clients to get in touch with who they want to be, and what’s important to them - their values and beliefs, their purpose and to be able to help clients to be in alignment with themselves.

Meet The Facilitator.

Ashlesh Rao, Co-founder and managing partner at Neoway is an accomplished NLP Master Trainer, Master Practitioner and a Sports and Performance Coach certified by NFNLP, USA. He is also a Licensed Business Coach from the Society of NLP. He has trained personally with Father Dr. Richard McHugh, Dr. William Horton and HAL Management Academy, and has been personally mentored by NLP Master Trainer Owen Fitzpatrick. He has also participated in Tony Robbins’ Fire Walk Seminar, which in his own words was a deeply transformative experience.
 
Always eager to learn and grow, as recently as 2019, Ashlesh continued his learning under John Grinder, the Co-Founder of NLP, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll in a series of programs conducted by the NLP Academy in Portugal. He has also trained recently with NLP Institute of California and David Shephard.
