Recognizing this growing need and noticing the eagerness among our graduates to work with individuals, Ashlesh designed and developed the Neoway NLP Coach Program in 2010. Built on years of experience, direct learning and extensive one-on-one coaching, the program has evolved with the latest developments in the field of NLP and Coaching to address the ever-changing needs of our participants and the people they would work with. This ensures that the program delivers a transformational learning experience that brings out highly skilled transformational NLP coaches.

The Neoway NLP Coach curriculum has 3 programs

  • Level 1 – The NLP Coaching Excellence Program – (No prior experience required)
  • Level 2 – Advanced NLP Coach Program – (Pre-requisite: Completion of Level 1)
  • Level 3 – Breakthrough Coaching and Language Mastery Program – (Pre-requisite: Completion of Level 2)

Interactive Learning Environment: 

Keeping each individual in mind, our Live Online Sessions are interactive, encouraging thinking through and processing of information & concepts and ensuring a thorough  understanding of the skills and tools.

Get Competent in NLP & Coaching Skills:

The Live Online Saturday sessions are followed by Wednesday practice sessions to support you as you practice your newly acquired NLP and Coaching skills in small break-out rooms.

Access Ongoing Learning Support: 

Lifetime access to 25 prerecorded video modules which covers all the NLP processes and coaching foundation and skills. Monthly coach meets that you can attend post the program to be in continuous learning.

Structure Of The Learning Journey - 6 Months

These sessions span a period of 6 Months, held in 2 Phases. 

Phase 1: The Sessions are scheduled weekly on Saturdays (9am – 1pm IST) & Wednesdays (7pm – 9pm IST) for 18 Weeks. Attendance for these sessions is mandatory – If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, a recording of the missed session will be made available on request for you to catch up.

Phase 2: These sessions will be held on Wednesdays (7pm -9pm IST) for 6 Weeks. During this phases, you will complete your Project Work and Your Assessment.

It is recommended to complete watching the Pre-Recorded Video Modules before the scheduled live online sessions. On completion of the program, you will have lifetime access to these online modules for future reference.

During the week, you will complete multiple assignments based on learnings covered during the Saturday sessions.

You will put into practice various NLP and Coaching skills and processes that you learn on Saturdays during the following Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm IST in small break-out rooms. Feedback and support will be provided during these session. You will be able to connect with buddy coaches for additional practice sessions during the week. Feel free to also practice the processes you learned with your family and friends.

You will be able to start coaching one-on-one by the end of the program with real clients.

This is Phases 2 of the program and it is for 6 weeks. During this phase, you will work with a client for a duration of one month and document the work you do with the client. You will submit it as a project for evaluation.

During Phases 2, there will be an online written exam, live coaching demonstration, submission of a recording of one of your coaching sessions and project work for assessment.

  • Use the power of anchoring to help clients access states of excellence and power.

Meet The Facilitators.

Ashlesh Rao  
Co-Founder | Managing Partner  

Ashlesh is an NLP Master Trainer, Master Practitioner and a Sports and Performance  Coach certified by NFNLP, USA. He is also a Licensed Business Coach from the Society  of NLP. He has trained personally with Father Dr. Richard McHugh, Dr. William Horton and  HAL Management Academy, and has been personally mentored by NLP Master Trainer  Owen Fitzpatrick. He also participated in Tony Robbins Fire Walk Seminar, which in his  own words was a deeply transformative experience. 

Ashlesh is someone who is always eager to learn and grow, this has ensured his learning  never stops. As recently as 2019, he has continued his learning under John Grinder, the  Co-Founder of NLP, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll in a series of programs  conducted by the NLP Academy in Portugal. He is also very grateful to learn from  wonderful teachers – Tim Hallbom, Nick LeForce, Robert Harrison from NLPCA and David  Shephard. 

Affectionately known as Po, Ashlesh has the natural ability to make anyone laugh at the  drop of a hat. He always creates an atmosphere of lightness and joy, while simultaneously enabling people to think deeply and experience a strong connection with their inner  selves. His superpower doesn’t work only on people though – You can expect to meet a  lot of happy puppies if you ever hang out with him. 

As Ashlesh and Monica were setting up Neoway Academy in 2002, 12-year-old Ashwini  Ponappa, an aspiring badminton prodigy, came to him for performance coaching. Having  been a national badminton player himself in Abu Dhabi, Ashlesh understood the mindset  required to overcome the hurdles of competitive sports. Ashwini rose from a state-level  player to a national-level player to a World-level player. This was the beginning of his one on-one work in addition to the NLP Training Programs. 

Soon he found himself working with other upcoming national badminton players like  Meenakshi, Arvind, and many others. As word spread about his sports coaching, he also  began working with cricketers, tennis players, pro golfers and prominent sportspeople. 

Ashlesh has not only worked extensively with sportsmen and women, he has also worked  with hundreds of individuals, corporate and business professionals, young adults, and  children in overcoming their limitations, creating breakthrough results and living a life one  truly wants. 

Ashlesh is well known for his soft, gentle, and loving approach. His unmovable stand for  his clients is something that has drawn more people to him. His unshakable passion to  make a difference is what fuels his work. 

In 2002, Ashlesh designed and developed the Neoway NLP Practitioner Certification Program which is focused on helping individuals experience personal transformation in  different areas of their life. Since its inception, this has been the flagship program at  Neoway. The program’s design and content, however, have evolved and developed over  the years. As sessions rolled on, it created a need for greater learning among program  participants who were enriched through Ashlesh’s work. They wanted to learn further and  deepen their NLP skills. This led him to also create the Neoway NLP Master Practitioner Certification Program.  

Ashlesh noticed there was a growing eagerness among graduates to do similar work as  himself.This fuelled him to design the Neoway NLP Coach Program and Neoway NLP  Trainer Certification Program to develop highly-skilled and passionate coaches and  trainers who would spread the work to many others. 

Ashlesh has also created and conducts focused programs with shorter durations.  Personal transformation programs like Breakingthrough – The Firewalk Experience and  Trance-Forming Beliefs enable participants to turn fear into power, breakthrough their  limitations and access the true power within them. 

His most recent work is his mentorship program is focused on supporting coaches and  trainers to be outstanding in their work and also build successful practices for  themselves.



Monica Thimmaji  
Co-Founder | Managing Partner | Program Coordinator 

Monica is an Accelerated Learning Skills Master Coach, Facilitator and Trainer. She is a  certified NLP Trainer and Coach. She is also a certified Core Transformation Coach.She  had trained with HAL Academy and was mentored by Master NLP Trainer, Owen  Fitzpatrick. Most of her NLP learning, comes through her continuous mentorship and  training with Ashlesh. 

She has done her Core Transformation trainings with Tamara Andreas and Mark Andreas. 

Monica is someone with a lot of heart – she is best known for her patient, caring, and  creative approach while working with kids and teens. Her strength lies in integrating NLP  and Accelerated Learning to help young students be their best and rediscover the joy of  learning.  

She herself is drawn towards spiritual learning. Her Guru is Master Choa Kok Sui, founder  of Modern Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga. She has benefited tremendously and is  continually learning from the work of her Guru. These teachings are her inner guidance in  every aspect of her life. 

Don’t be fooled by her soft-spoken nature during sessions though, she has a surprising  ability to light up any space with her unabashed dancing. 

At first, Monica was mainly involved with marketing and administration work at Neoway.  Training or working one-on-one with individuals was barely a thought. One day a parent  whom Ashlesh was working with asked her if she can work with her 9-year-old daughter  who was struggling in her academics. Saying yes to this was the catalyst for Monica’s journey of working with children. 

Soon she began working with more children, especially those facing challenges in  academics. Her initial approach was to work on their limiting beliefs and self-confidence.  But she discovered that some students, despite feeling more confident, continued to  struggle because they did not know HOW to learn effectively. 

Combining different whole brain learning methods, NLP strategies, and NLP processes,  Monica developed a program that enabled students to learn faster and easier. This is now  known at Neoway as Neoway Accelerated Learning Skills with NLP.  

Using this approach, most of her students were able to accelerate their learning and  overcome their challenges with ease, resulting in better performance and higher grades  that exceeded their initial expectations. 

Following the proven results of the individual coaching, in order to reach more students,  Monica expanded this into a group program called Neokids & Neoteens Learning  Excellence Program. Soon, eager Neoway graduates also wanted to work with kids and  teens in this way. This eventually led Monica to also design and create the Accelerated  Learning Skills with NLP Coach Program for coaches.She along with Ashlesh has also  designed and developed the Neoway Personal Excellence Program for kids and teens.

She currently mentors coaches with Ashlesh in the mentorship program. She is currently also doing Core Transformation coaching.
